Clean sheets and quick check-in added to the experience.
My wife says that the hot water was often late and dirty.

i can’t believe i stayed here. the shower was filthy, and when i asked for clean towels, the staff looked at me as if i were asking for gold. i almost gave this a decent review—if only they had provided me with a complimentary upgrade as i surely deserved. shameful service on all fronts!

Mixed feelings about this
The hotel is ideally located in the city with responsive room service! I loved the light and airy ambiance complemented by warm lighting, making my stay comfortable!
Sadly, check-in was marred by an unhelpful staff member who left me in the dark about what was happening. Communication felt lacking, which truly detracted from my experience.

The staff, especially Mr Williams, was incredibly helpful and responsive to requests during my stay.
The absence of working elevators made accessing the upper floors a significant inconvenience, especially with no clear communication about room service.

I had a great stay with my friends! The breakfast was amazing, and we loved exploring local cuisine. We visited the art center and the marketplace, which were fantastic spots. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Make sure to enjoy the air-conditioned rooms—they work like a charm in the heat!
The only downside was the lift not working, which made it hard to carry our bags to the upper floors.

The room was super cozy, and I really enjoyed the tasty breakfast spreads each morning. I also loved relaxing in the garden area and catching some live entertainment during my stay. The only hiccup was the hot water taking a while, but it didn't ruin my experience at all! 😊

good location but poor service
The staff found my lost item quickly and the city view from my room was stunning. The bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the quick check-in process that saved me time.
However, the overall service was disappointing and not as engaging as I expected.

The bed was super comfortable and I got a good night's rest. The room was clean too, which was a pleasant surprise. Check-in was quick and smooth, but the staff could’ve been friendlier. I was left waiting a bit without clear communication, which was a bummer.

It was just a well-suited match for a city break in Achimota with best value. The room was clean, which was a nice surprise. Be prepared for no elevators, though. it's quite a workout!
